Our story is one to remember!
CHRYSALIS Services Ltd was founded in 2008 by Charlotte Trinler.
Her vision was clear and powerful: to share her knowledge and help people overcome their fear of change.
During her time as an executive in global pharmaceutical and chemical corporations, Charlotte was confronted with major business transformations. With her uniquely empathetic, competent and pragmatic approach, she supported her colleagues in leadership teams – long before change leadership became a core element of modern leadership.
It was a real stroke of luck: over the years, she was able to gain valuable experience, explore a wide range of models and concepts, and continuously deepen her understanding of successful transformation.
Before founding CHRYSALIS Services Ltd, Charlotte worked in various international companies and industries. As an executive, she was not only the bridge between corporate leadership and employees, but also developed change strategies and implemented them in practice together with managers and their teams.
Charlotte has always seen change as an ongoing, responsive process – shaped by everyday interactions, conversations, and the way people relate with one another. Through the many transformations she has personally experienced and guided, one thing became clear to her: change is never linear – and fear is never a good companion along the way.
This very belief became the foundation for our Change2go® App – an innovative tool that makes change leadership accessible, tangible, and truly alive.
